- How can I pay?
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Bancontact.

We do not accept bank cheques, bank transfers or cash on delivery payments.

 

- What is the estimated delivery time?
Our orders are prepared within 12 hours.

The estimated shipping time is 24h to 48h.

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 working days. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Due to new regulations and restrictions, it is possible that the order may take up to 21 days to be delivered.



- Where are orders shipped from?
Our company is from United Kingdom and packages are shipped from our international warehouses located outside of Europe.


- I want to change my shipping address, how can I do it?
Our orders are processed within the first 12 hours. So if you have just placed your order and you are within this time frame, please contact info@longoods.com and our customer service team will change your address. After 12h, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the change can be made.

Please put "Change of address" in the subject line of your email so that we can deal with it as soon as possible.


- I want to cancel my order, what can I do?
Our orders are processed within the first 12 hours. We do not accept cancellations due to the fast preparation of the orders.

Before placing your order there are more than 3 instances where you must confirm your details and the amount to be paid.


- My order appears duplicated, what can I do?
Our orders are processed within the first 12 hours. So if you have just placed your order and you are within this time frame, please contact info@longoods.com and our customer service team will try to help you as soon as possible. After 12h, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee the modification.

Please put "Duplicate Order" in the subject line of your email so that we can deal with it as soon as possible.


- Which transport company will deliver my order?
All our orders are certified and require verification of the customer's identity document for the delivery of the order. The logistics company will be GLS or ASM depending on the location.


- I haven't received my order yet, what's wrong?
Due to new health regulations we remind you that our orders can take up to 40 working days to be delivered. If you have already exceeded this date, please contact info@longoods.com for full details of your order.
