We don't have the fastest shipping time you'll find on the internet, and we want to be transparent about that.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time during the holiday and sale seasons for your order to be processed.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 24-48h working hours from the order date and shipped the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it. If you need to change your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we cannot make any changes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, please allow 24-48 working hours for your orders to be processed. After that, delivery will take 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays.


Lost/Stolen Packages:

Longoods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you did not receive it, please inform your respective carrier in the information provided on the tracking page provided.
